LAB Medical Manufacturing, Inc ISO 13485, a registered manufacturer of medical devices, has openings for: Assembly Worker We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Assembly Worker to join our growing production team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training. This role involves light mechanical assembly, cleaning, and passivation of precision medical components. Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and hand assembly of small medical components Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards precisely Conduct passivation and cleaning processes on stainless steel and other components to ensure proper finishing and sterilization Handle and inspect parts using basic measurement tools and visual checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Collaborate with production team and supervisors to meet daily output goals Follow all safety and regulatory protocols Qualifications: No previous experience required training will be provided High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks with precision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to follow procedures and learn new processes Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting to 25 lbs.
