Key Responsibilities Own inventory management , including ordering, receiving, accuracy, and storage. Serve as the primary point of contact for Wherefour , ensuring proper use and data integrity. Build and manage strong vendor relationships ; coordinate purchasing and resolve issues. Oversee shipping and receiving (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, truckload). Inspect and document incoming ingredients, packaging, and supplies. Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; support cross-training and succession planning . Partner closely with the Kitchen Manager, including: Weekly planning meetings Monthly joint team meetings to improve collaboration and morale Maintain organized, compliant warehouse and storage areas. Support facility maintenance and repairs. Operate forklift as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and SQF Level 3 standards . 45 hours a week Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager (food manufacturing preferred). Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience with inventory systems/ERP (Wherefour a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills. Positive, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
