Description ArcLight Consulting seeks a highly motivated and talented Smartsheet Senior Consultant looking to expand their career with a growing dynamic consulting company. As a Smartsheet Solution Architect, you will work with ArcLight customers on engagements to convert business requirements into Smartsheet solutions. Within this role you will be considered the Subject Matter Expert pertaining to Smartsheet functionalities that focus on assisting customers with designing, developing, building, and implementing solutions that leverage Core Smartsheet, Smartsheet API’s and integrations between Smartsheet and other products. This professional senior level position offers a rich learning experience and a real opportunity to make an impact on the business. Design, develop, build, and deploy custom solutions leveraging the Smartsheet API Recommend and build solutions required that accelerate time to value for our customers Lead customer engagements to oversee and manage the development of the custom solution Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables that will help set and manage project expectations Gather and document business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform Lead discovery sessions to align with client business objectives; identify gaps and pain points between the clients current and future states Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities and extensibility scenarios that leverage the API Utilize and develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Smartsheet Navigate customer conversations that lead to account growth Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role of Solution Architect Experience/Qualifications: 2 years hands-on working experience in the configuration, customization, and implementation of the Smartsheet API and/or SaaS Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable business solutions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Smartsheet API applications with different business systems (ETL, CRM, BI, etc.) Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises Proven ability to drive projects from conception through completion with minimal guidance using a Software Product Development Life Cycle Methodology Willing to travel periodically (up to 20%) based on customer and business need Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
