Job Description:
At Global Partners LP, a leader in energy product distribution
and retail operations, we are seeking a Manager of Business
Intelligence within our retail sector. This role is pivotal in
steering our network of terminals and gas stations through
data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and
profitability. The successful candidate will lead the development
and implementation of business intelligence solutions, providing
strategic insights that support our expansive operations across the
Northeastern U.S. Develop, implement, and manage business
intelligence tools and systems including integration with databases
and data warehouses. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or
patterns in complex data sets to enhance business efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and
reporting needs. Lead the design and delivery of periodic reports
to management on business metrics and key performance indicators.
Manage a team of BI analysts, setting clear goals and fostering a
culture of innovation and accountability. Strong proficiency in BI
tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to
interpret large amounts of data and turn it into actionable
insights. Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring
and developing teams. Effective communication and stakeholder
management capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Intelligence or Data Analytics (e.g., Certified Business
Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst
Associate) are highly advantageous.
