Job Description:

necessary to succeed in this role. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding
customer requirements as well as business objectives. Ability to
provide effective, strategic advice on the use of technology to
achieve shared goals. Commitment to supporting new technology
implementation. Patience and ability to train users in both new and
existing IT systems. Provide assistance with technical issues
across a variety of platforms as needed. Problem solving skills to
revise existing systems and suggest improvements. Create dashboards
and reports to present meaningful data to sales organization.
Assist business users and troubleshoot problems with company’s ERP
system. Work with 3rd party vendors to perform upgrades and resolve
issues with business systems. Maintain secure IT environment
through implementation and enforcement of necessary security tools
and processes. Configure and maintain user hardware and equipment.
Job Requirements and Qualifications BS/BA in computer science, IT
or relevant field 10 years of experience in IT related occupation
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network
issues Experience supporting Windows OS, MS Office, Windows Server,
SQL Server, Gmail, AWS, Active Directory, Google Drive, ERP/CRM
systems, WordPress, and other back-office tools in a business
setting Proficient in set up and configuration of PC hardware and
software installation Working knowledge in database programming
(MS-SQL) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus Strong Excel
skills Ability to embrace new technologies and knowledge-share with
business users Solid interpersonal skills
