Technical Product Manager to drive delivery and execution across
multiple Agile squads within PTC's new SaaS platform. In this role,
you will act as a bridge between Product Managers, Engineering, and
other cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are
understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively.You will be
embedded with engineering squads, taking full ownership of the
product backlog, translating high-level strategies from Product
Managers into executable stories, and delivering value to customers
through scalable and secure software solutions. While based in
Dublin, you will be working with teams around the world including
USA, Israel, India and UK.Key Responsibilities:Agile Delivery &
Backlog Management
- Translate product strategy and feature concepts (provided by
Product Managers) into detailed technical requirements and
well-scoped user stories.
- Own and prioritize the squad backlog, ensuring alignment with
product and business goals.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and
reviewsCross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities
and ensure technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering Leads to estimate complexity, remove
roadblocks, and clarify requirements during development.
- Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and other stakeholders to
ensure high-quality, user-centric deliverables.
- Communicate squad-level progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly
to Product Managers and leadership.Technical Focus:
- Understand architectural implications of features and act as a
liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to conversations about system design, integration,
APIs, data modeling, and scalability.
- Proactively identify and manage technical debt and dependencies
across squads.Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or
similar hybrid role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple Agile squads
simultaneously.
- Strong technical acumen and experience working directly with
software engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and product delivery
best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate
between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced,
cross-functional environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in software engineering or systems architecture is a
strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, Figma or
Trello.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), APIs, CI/CD
pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Pragmatic Institute
