We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MuleSoft
Developer & Business Systems Administrator to join our technology
team. This dual-role position will be responsible for developing
and maintaining integrations using MuleSoft's Any point Platform
while also administering and optimizing enterprise systems such as
ERP, CRM, and other business applications. You will collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, system
performance, and alignment with business goals.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of experience with MuleSoft development ( API Manager,
Cloud Hub).
Experience in RESTful API design, RAML, JSON, and XML.
Strong understanding of integration patterns (synchronous,
asynchronous, batch, event-driven).
Familiarity with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite,
Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Hands-on experience with system administration, role-based access
controls, and reporting.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
MuleSoft Development & Integration (60%)
Design, build, and maintain APIs and integration flows using
MuleSoft Any point Studio and platform.
Integrate various systems such as Salesforce, ERP (e.g., NetSuite,
SAP), Workday, and legacy applications.
Create and manage API policies, RAML specs, and reusable
components.
Ensure data security, error handling, and logging are in place
across all integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand
integration needs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of APIs and
integration services.
Business Systems Administration (40%)
Administer and maintain enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS,
etc.).
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system
configurations.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and
implement system enhancements.
Conduct regular audits, health checks, and ensure data accuracy
across systems.
Lead patch management, updates, and vendor coordination for
business applications.
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
for users.
