IT Infrastructure Director - Boston, MA (Hybrid) - $185,000-$215,000 + 25% BonusA leading biotech firm is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Director who will be responsible for managing a 12-person IT team as well as taking ownership over their IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cybersecurity, and vendor management. It will be a 60/40 split between leadership responsibilities and hands-on responsibilities, and you will have the opportunity to have an influence on the direction of the IT team. You will be working in a modern environment with access to the latest, cutting-edge cloud technologies.You will be joining an organization which is highly collaborative and team-orientated.
