Job Description:
Sr Technical Support Engineer (Multiple Openings)(Cambridge, MA)
for Pegasystems Inc. to work closely with the other team members &
related technical groups within Pegasystems, focusing on supporting
Pegasystems global based clients in various product areas. Reqs a
bachelor---s deg in Comp Sci, Comp/Electronic Engg, or related
field & 5 yrs of exp in a product support, dvlpmt or
troubleshooting capacity with a leading technology company. Exp
specified must include 5 yrs with Operating Systems (Windows &
Linux). Exp specified must include 3 yrs with the following: dvlpg
enterprise applications utilizing database (PostgreSQL, Oracle,
MSSQL, UDB or DB2); prgmg with Java; communication protocols &
technologies (REST & JMS); & J2EE Application Servers (Tomcat). Exp
specified must include 2 yrs with DNS & TCP/IP. Telecommuting
