Web Product Manager, Cell Press Are you looking to expand your

team sits within Cell Press, a division of Elsevier. We have
successfully published premium brand journals in the life sciences
for over 4 decades. Cell Press has begun to expand with new
products in new disciplines. Our team takes ownership of the
strategic evolution of our publishing website Cell.com. Our
ambition is to make Cell.com the home for all scientific
researchers for both research and publishing and focus' on
initiatives that drive business growth. About the Role As a Web
Product Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple initiatives on
the digital product team that drive business growth and improve the
customer journey on Cell.com. You will work across multiple
departments, collaborating at all levels to achieve your goals.
This role requires website management experience, a passion for
developing customer understanding and using data and insights to
inform product prioritization. Responsibilities Work with product
teams, UX, brand, and content teams to improve Cell.com to ensure
all new and updated initiatives align with Elsevier and Cell Press
brand standards. Support of Platform product initiatives including
setting business requirements and participating in User Acceptance
Testing Establish AB testing roadmap, and coordinate execution
Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis, proficient at reviewing and
utilizing data from predefined dashboards to make decision
recommendations. Supports SEO strategy and assists with project
management of strategic initiatives. Help in developing and
implementing site improvements across all Cell Press journals,
working cross-departmentally Participate in customer discovery
activities with the product team and gives input for solutions
(surveys, feedback reviews, AB testing) Requirements Have both
website and product management experience Have experience working
with stakeholders in a business environment, working across
cross-functional groups Have an ability to manage quickly changing
digital/social landscape and adapt priorities appropriately Have
experience with product development. Best practices including but
not limited to: developing and understanding personas, iterative
development, prototyping, and MVPs Be able to demonstrate analytic
skills, adobe analytics or tableau experience a plus Have an
ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and
identify technology challenges. Have familiarity with CMS
(Literatum) and agile methodologies is a preference Have prior
product management, digital content, or publishing experience as a
