Position Overview: The Broad is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Oracle Cloud Operational Reporting Lead to support continuous improvement as we transition our ERP system from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will actively partner with other members of the Enterprise Systems and functional teams to conduct business process analyses, define requirements, and deliver reports & analytics to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. You will also be responsible for the reporting workstream, work plan management, and for delivering key reports to our functional partners. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience and world-class training and development, all in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
