ReversingLabs.ReversingLabs is seeking a Director of Product
Management based in the United States to drive our emerging
software supply chain security products. ReversingLabs is uniquely
positioned to eliminate risk across the software supply chain. Our
solutions can secure the software release process for publishers or
manage 3rd party risk for software buyers, as detailed at
secure.software, powered by ReversingLabs. The role benefits from
technical familiarity with the tools development organizations use
to create software, the products enterprises use to deploy
software, and the cybersecurity threats inserted through the supply
chain. The responsibilities include leading the software supply
chain Product Management team, collaborating across the company on
software assurance products, analyzing the competitive landscape,
engaging with customers, defining features, writing detailed user
stories, partnering with development to ensure flawless execution,
launching new capabilities by collaborating with marketing and
sales, and evangelizing the broader market. You'll be surrounded by

space.Responsibilities
- Lead and help build the software assurance Product Management
team, including hiring and mentoring product managers
- Work hands-on to fill gaps as we expand the team
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive market
landscape, feature sets, packaging, and pricing to determine
competitive differentiation and market disruption
- Continuously monitor the pulse of the market through frequent
interactions with customers, sales, and customer success
- Collaborate with the broader Product Management team and across
the company to define the product vision, growth opportunities, and
overall roadmap for the software assurance product portfolio
- Create detailed user stories based on customer use-cases and
technical product requirements
- Work closely with developers to ensure that requirements and
acceptance criteria are clearly communicated
- Plan and prioritize the feature backlog for development to
deliver maximum performance aligned with business strategy
- Work with go-to-market teams to produce packaging, pricing,
collateral, and technical enablement for new products
- Evangelize our product to customers and the broader market with
presentations, webinars, blogs, and videosRequirementsRequirements
- Experience in the cybersecurity, developer tooling, or
enterprise software industry
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields
preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail, communication, and
presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work hands-on and operate
independently
- Creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving
skillsDesired Qualifications
- Experience as a successful Product Management leader is
desired
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence desired
- Knowledge of the Agile process and principles desired
- Experience in one of the following areas desired: Cloud
security, container security, DevSecOps, Application Security
(AppSec), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), Static Application
Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing
(DAST), or Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST)
- Familiarity with existing and emerging software supply chain
standards and organizations such as OpenSSF, OWASP, SLSA, SCVS,
SSDF, CycloneDX, and SARIF
- Understanding of the DevOps ecosystem and how products
integrate with the release process desired
- Experience with SaaS, freemium, usage-based, and product-led
growth models desired
- Familiarity with cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance
