Our Client, the oldest institution in the United States and among the most prestigious in the world, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Cambridge! This position is ONSITE.***3-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend or convert***Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years' experience with Apple and Windows operating systems and hardware in a computer related setting
  • Must have related work experience supporting various desktop applications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Broad software application skills desired What You Will Be Doing
    • Deploy Windows and Mac computers on a daily basis
    • Troubleshoot technical issues as they relate to computer deployments
    • Recommend equipment and application purchases for customer base
    • Explore, test, and implement new IT solutions and services as required
    • Assess, QA, document, and train on desktop application solutions
    • Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and staff to streamline business processes using IT solutions
    • Perform administration for IT servicesYou will receive the following benefits:
