Job Description Certification Details - BLS - ACLS Job Details - 40hr days with variable start times, 4x10hr shifts. - Endoscopy experience preferred. Job Requirements - Must have a professional nursing license valid in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted). - Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. - Completion of MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required before onboarding. - Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually. - MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing score within 365 days required. - Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required. - Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions. - TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. - Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. - Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. - Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. - MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission. - Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset. - MGB Skills Checklist required for submission. - Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. - Education verification required through background check company. - Social Security Number trace required with criminal check. - National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually. - Exclusion checks required within 30 days of start and annually. Schedule Information - 40 hours per week, day shifts with variable start times. - Schedule consists of 4 shifts of 10 hours each. Additional Details - MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional credentials. - License/Certificate Verification is optional for submission but required for onboarding. - Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred but optional. - Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration. - Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation. - MGB TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD, updated annually.
