Type: Full-time The OpportunityLesley University seeks a Recruiter
who will serve to provide the best employee experience through
full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for university
faculty and professional staff. The selected individual, reporting
to the Talent Acquisition Manager, will engage in active, creative
sourcing to develop a robust, diverse pipeline of candidates to
fill positions in a timely manner and maintain candidate pools for
future needs; manage the search process, including developing
appropriate search committees, providing implicit bias training,
assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, communicating the
Lesley mission and key benefit programs, and developing offers;
establish productive relationships and rapport with internal and
external customers to gain an understanding of the institution's
goals, strengths, and opportunities; and guide newly hired
colleagues through the onboarding process.Qualities and
CapabilitiesThe successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of
full-cycle, high-volume recruiting or related experience;
facilitates an inclusive recruitment experience for candidates from
initial screening through offer negotiation; exceptional
communication (verbal and written), planning, organizational,
problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills; strong
attention to detail; ability to be flexible and work in a sometimes
ambiguous and changing environment and able to juggle shifting
priorities and manage time effectively; ability to work across the
university to create and implement initiatives that align and
engage employees and candidates; proven ability to exercise good
judgment and discretion; proficiency with or the ability to quickly
learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
(knowledge of ADP preferred); ability to effectively source passive
candidates, build talent pools and learn new recruitment processes
as well as technologies; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft
Office suite (Visio a plus); and have a comprehensive knowledge of
talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws, and
regulations, normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent
