Who We Are: Harvard Business School (HBS) Human Resources
provides a full range of talent management support for the 1,200+
administrative and research staff here. People are the foundation
of the success of Harvard Business School. Our Human Resources team
is committed to attracting and developing staff members who will
contribute to the high-quality programs and resources of the
School.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team who ensures we have
the skills and technical capabilities needed for today and
tomorrow. We hire over 250 new team members annually across a
variety of specialties from entry level to senior management. You
will report to the Senior Consultant - Talent Acquisition and your
direct teammates include our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager,
Talent Acquisition Manager and a Recruitment Coordinator. The
Talent Acquisition team is a part of a close-knit, supportive Human
Resources team. Our HR team operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days a
week onsite at our campus in Allston, MA).
What You Will Do: The Sr. Recruiter knows how to successfully
attract and hire the strongest talent while providing a world-class
candidate experience. This role looks forward to bringing that
expertise to each search and genuinely enjoys building rapport and
strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and
other key stakeholders.
At its core, this role is seen as the "go-to" person for non-exempt
and select exempt level recruitment searches across a variety of
our departments and lines of business. This person is also keen on
sourcing and identifying new passive candidate leads for their
roles and actively works to better cultivate diversity in our
candidate pools. This role will also act as a back-up resource for
the other members of the team and help support other recruitment,
onboarding, and coordination efforts as necessary.

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and
remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based
campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be
determined between you and your manager.
