Our clients include national and international biopharmaceutical and medical device companies of all sizes.RESPONSIBILITIESThe HR & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions in support of the efficient operation of PROMETRIKA's Human Resources department. The HR & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of interview scheduling, calendar invites and in-office as well as remote interview set up. The HR & Recruiting Coordinator owns the candidate experience by establishing relationships and acting as a liaison between recruiting agencies (if/when used), hiring managers, and candidates. Additionally, the HR & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding processes, maintaining administrative HR procedures up-to-date, and supporting the department in completing various administrative projects. Over time the HR & Recruiting Coordinate will also support PROMETRIKA's benefits administration processes. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR & Recruiting Coordinator is a position that allows the incumbent to gain progressive, generalist human resources experience and exposure to various functions within HR. The primary responsibilities of the HR & Recruiting Coordinator are as follows:Effectively schedule video and onsite interviews, accurately communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers, manage calendar invites and schedule internal debrief meetings in a timely mannerCultivate a positive candidate experience from application to on-boarding, including timely communication and a warm presence at all timesParticipate in offsite and virtual career events as requestedResponsible for submitting requisitions for approval, and posting job openings to PROMETRIKA's webpage and applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now), LinkedIn and other job boards and expert community job boards as appropriateUpon offer extension and once a candidate becomes a team member, continue fostering open communication, providing a seamless transition from candidate to employeeOwn the new employee orientation and onboarding process, including the related administrative responsibilities, such as providing and tracking completion of new hire paperwork, collecting and logging I-9 documentation, and initiating background check processes in a timely mannerUpdated and maintain all PROMETRIKA CVs and job descriptions, inclusive of obtaining relevant signatures for compliance purposes; collaborate with Head of HR and department managers on development of new job descriptions as appropriateManage employee recognition programSupport the Head of Human resources and CFO during benefits open enrollment process and benefits administration, as neededOther projects as assignedEDUCATIONBachelor's degree, professional training program, or equivalent work experience specific to the position, or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the positionBachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or business administration preferredEXPERIENCEA minimum of 2 years' relevant work experienceExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferredHeavy scheduling experience within Outlook Calendar preferredKnowledge of Microsoft products-World, Excel and easily can pick up new technologySKILLSAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentialityExceptional verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding communication, collaboration, and follow-up skillsExtreme attention to detail and time management skillsStrong proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPointAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer servicePositive and growth-mindset attitudePhysical RequirementsIncumbents generally must be able to, with or without accommodation, have the proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination.
