Physical Therapist Location: Gorham, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours, Monday - Friday; at least 32 hours per week with flexibility to work late days Experience: Minimum 2 years current outpatient PT experience required; previous travel experience highly preferred License: Active state license required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years current outpatient PT experience - Active American Heart Association BLS - License verification - Work history - Physical therapy skills checklist - One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment - Permanent address included in submission Description: We are seeking a dedicated outpatient physical therapist for a day shift position. This role is for a clinic that operates Monday through Friday. The candidate will work 32 hours per week with the opportunity for late days. Flexibility in scheduling is required. Please note that provider enrollment must be completed prior to seeing patients. This process can take some time, so candidates should be flexible with their start date.
