Job Description:

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Night Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight shift. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance accounting tasks with exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy. Balance and reconcile guest accounts, credit card transactions, and cash deposits. Provide excellent customer service to guests during the overnight hours. Handle check-in and check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures. Manage guest requests and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift. Prepare daily reports for management review. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year experience in hotel auditing or front desk operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday overnights. Benefits Competitive pay of $20.75-$20.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Opportunities for career growth.
