reading. The Parking Attendant is responsible for providing our
guests with a welcoming first impression. This position is one of
the first to interact with Jay Peak Resort guests while offering
enthusiastic teamwork, amazing guest experience and an attitude of
constant improvement and excellence. The Parking Attendant will be
required to learn and understanding the daily operations of parking
by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other
duties may be assigned) Utilizes a high level of skill to plan the
daily set up and tear down of parking lot delineator cones.
Maintains and monitors traffic flow requirements of several guest
parking areas. Directs all vehicles to appropriate parking areas or
drop-off destinations. Answers guest questions regarding resort
amenities and provides exceptional guest service. Checks vehicles
for appropriate employee parking permits. Assists with and serves
as a resource for colleagues with less experience. WHY WORK AT JAY
