Job Description:Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for
assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day
store operations, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and

- Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by
deadline.
- Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees,
ensuring operational standards.
- Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in
investigations of shortages/overages up to $100/month, and
inventory variations of 0.5% of sales or less.
- Maintain business records, review cashier accountability
sheets, and records assigned by management.
- Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative
duties as requested, following cash control policies.
- Manage cash procedures including deposits and change
orders.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Ensure store security and safety, complying with safety and
environmental guidelines, reporting issues promptly.
- Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
- Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service
excellence.
- Perform other duties as required by policies and

- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights,
weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication, counting, reading, and writing
skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and perform physical
tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Access to all store areas including sales floor, stock, and
register.
