The Training Ambassador has ownership of all documentation and
processes for the assigned department and leverages a passion for
people development by delivering training to new hires and team
members while constantly focused on operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Track all SOPs from creation to implementation including management
review and expiration.
Train and coach department staff to ensure operational
compliance.
Responsible for ensuring seamless rollouts of all new processes and
updates--partnering to create the needed SOP's and deliver the
training to the team.
Maintain and organize all documents and training materials in the
company's digital recordkeeping system.
Gather and evaluate information from observations to identify
strengths and opportunities of the assigned department.
Provide regular communication to the leadership teams observations,
updates to operating procedures, and other relevant
information.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
Age 21 or over (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
Preferred
Prior experience in a training or education role.
Knowledge of retail industry.
Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to conduct training using effective training
techniques.
Proven oral and written communication skills and presentation
skills.
Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside
the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity
machinery.
