Be responsible for maintaining proper shop opening + closing procedures Ensure the team maintains a clean working environment Develop + Maintain knowledge of all ingredients and menu items Assist in ensuring compliance with all &pizza standards as well as local, state and federal health and employment laws Follow &pizza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all tribe membersWhat's Needed Minimum of one year in a restaurant environment and a leader
As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must be trained and pass a Food Safety Certification course.
Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that team members can perform their job responsibilities as required.
Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize and to organize.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to select, develop, inspire and manage strong teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to delegate, follow-up and hold tribe members accountable. All shift leader candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check
