Job Description:

Solomon Page is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a full-time locum assignment at a Level I Trauma Center in Connecticut , with an anticipated start in February/March . This is a 3 6 month assignment with potential to extend into 2026 and/or convert to permanent .

Opportunity Highlights:

• Hospital-based, 100% inpatient role (OR, ICU, ER consults, and floor rounding)

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:45 AM 5:00 PM

• Call: Nights and weekends (approx. 7 8 calls/month , shared among 3 providers)

• Average volume: 2 cases/day

• EMR: Epic

• Full ancillary and surgical support

• Adult & geriatric patient population

• Credentialing timeframe: days

Procedural Scope Includes:
CABG (on- and off-pump), redo coronary revascularization, arterial revascularization (IMA, radial, gastroepiploic), thoracic and descending aortic aneurysms, valve repair/replacement (including Mitral and CoreValve ), tube thoracostomy, pericardial window, and more.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery

• Active Connecticut license

• BLS & ACLS
