Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Nashua, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Schedule & Ratios Shift: Nights, 4×12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Target Ratios: Days: 1:5 Nights: 1:6–7 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Floating Expectations Required to float to: ICU ED Other Med-Surg units May be assigned patient sitting duties. Will not be assigned patients that fall outside clinical competency. Responsibilities Manage patients with varied medical conditions: GI bleeds Cellulitis Detox GI/Respiratory issues Start and maintain IVs and provide peripheral line care. Manage surgical drains. Utilize Epic for charting and documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary care with teams such as: PT, RT, Pharmacy, Radiology, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Transportation, Unit Secretary. Follow the Helping Hands / Team Nursing approach. Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years RN experience . No first?time travelers . Must have active NH RN license . BLS required; Stroke Education (1 hour) . Experience with: Med-Surg IV therapy / phlebotomy Peripheral line care Surgical drain management Epic documentation
