The provider will deliver overnight care for adult patients, managing admissions and cross coverage responsibilities. The hospital operates without an ICU and utilizes a collaborative care model with respiratory therapy and nursing support. Description A healthcare facility in Randolph, Vermont is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide overnight hospitalist coverage. This role involves managing adult inpatient admissions, providing cross coverage, and coordinating patient care plans during night shifts. Providers should be comfortable practicing independently in a smaller hospital setting. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with potential for recurring assignments.
