Job Description:
Lebanon Center Rehabilitation & Healing is looking to expand its
compassionate and dedicated team by adding a Licensed Nursing
Assistant (LNA). In this role, you will play a critical part in our
mission to deliver exceptional care and rehabilitation services.
Our center, renowned for its unique approach to recovery and
long-term care, offers a nurturing environment where the expertise
of our staff ensures the best care for our patients. As an LNA, you
will assist in daily living activities, support the delivery of
clinical services, and contribute to the maintenance of a safe,
clean environment for our residents. Provide basic patient care
under direction of nursing staff, including bathing, feeding, and
assisting patients in walking and activities of daily living.
Monitor and record vital signs - temperature, blood pressure,
pulse, and respiration rates - and report changes to the nursing
staff. Ensure the utmost hygiene and safety standards in handling
patients and using equipment. Assist with the setup of medical
equipment and aid healthcare staff during various procedures.
Engage patients with conversational and social support to provide
emotional comfort. Basic patient care proficiency Vitals monitoring
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and
observant Adaptability to various health care settings Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Nursing Assistant Certificate CPR and Basic Life Support
(BLS) certified or willingness to obtain certification upon
hire
