Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,058 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102! Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – New Hampshire Start Date: January 21, 2026 Location: Manchester, New Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts preferred, every other weekend (EOW); Day shift patient ratio 1:5, night shift 1:6; 48-bed unit with average census of 27 Highlights: Med/Surg Telemetry unit with comprehensive patient care including orthopedic, post-operative, and telemetry monitoring Remote telemetry monitoring and modern equipment including brand new automated BP machines and vein finders Altera/Allscripts Sunrise documentation system Strong support staffing: unit secretary coverage 7a-11p, PCT ratio 1:10-15 with typically 3 on shift Established Unit Practice Council meeting monthly with excellent employee retention rates Floating to similar Med/Surg Telemetry units only, with float pool and travelers typically floating first Requirements: Active RN License ACLS and BLS certifications required Med/Surg Telemetry experience with head-to-toe assessment skills Proficiency in IV medication administration including drip management (Lasix, heparin, IV push medications) Experience with wound care (drains, VACs), central line management (PICC, HD catheter, midlines), and catheter care Knowledge of orthopedic care, post-operative patient care, NGT/G-tube care, ostomy care, and parenteral nutrition Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a fantastic team with exceptional retention rates and a collaborative atmosphere that values excellence in patient care.
