Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,330 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 11.5 Hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have: Commitment to follow staffing guidelines Description: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse needed for a busy birthing pavilion. ASAP starts only available. Day/Night rotation with guaranteed hours. The unit manages approximately 1300 deliveries annually. It features 21 rooms, a 2-bed triage room, and 2 operating rooms. Staffing guidelines include nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 for Pitocin and active labors/intermittent monitoring. For cervical ripening, the ratio is 1:2. For high-risk medication including magnesium sulfate and insulin drips, the ratio is 1:1. Antepartum and postpartum couplets follow a staffing ratio of 1:3.
