Qualifications - Active Vermont RN license required - Minimum 2
years recent Med/Surg Rehabilitation nursing experience - At least
3 months of travel nursing experience - Charge RN experience
required - ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) - BSN preferred - Must
have own vehicle (no public transportation available) - Not
eligible for local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from
facility) - Ability to float between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units
- Profile must include work history, current skills checklist, and
at least one supervisory reference from the past two years -
Maximum of 5 days of requested time off during assignment (requests
must be submitted at upload) Med/Surg RN Responsibilities -
Coordinate total nursing care for patients in the Rehab Med/Surg
unit - Serve as backup Charge Nurse as needed - Educate patients
and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes -
Collaborate with ancillary staff and interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to ensure high-quality patient care - Maintain accurate
documentation using Cerner EMR - Provide leadership and mentorship
to nursing team members - Adapt to floating between Acute Rehab and
