Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Educator - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Maternity Nurse Educator Profile will go through our IVS Shift: Days (M-F 8am - 4:30) 36 hrs per week. We operationalize this as 5 - 8 hour days one week and 4 the next week Job Purpose The qualified candidate will function in the intertwined roles of change agent, mentor, facilitator of learning, leader, advocate for the clinical nurse educator specialty, champion of scientific inquiry, and partner for role transitions drawing on adult learning theories, experience, knowledge and evidence-based practice to transform clinical nursing practice. Qualifications/Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current MA RN Licensure MSN required Certified ANCC in Nursing Professional Development strongly preferred Current AHA certification in BLS NRP and ACLS required NRP Fetal Monitoring instructor preferred. Experienced in meeting the core competency standards of nursing professional development practice as set forth by the Association for Nursing Professional Development required.
