Must have acute care experience. 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty. Skills Checklist matching specialty. Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics. Current AHA BLS & ACLS required. Flu vaccine required during season. NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present).
