Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Navigator for a Hematology and Oncology ambulatory clinic position in Massachusetts requiring recent nurse navigator and ambulatory experience with a valid MA RN license. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Ambulatory clinic setting focusing on hematology and oncology patient populations - Day shifts with either 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour schedules, between 7:00am-5:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm - Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, call, or holiday coverage required - Procedures include central line access, port draws, PICC dressing changes, and peripheral phlebotomy - Position serves as a nurse navigator within the hematology and oncology clinic supporting patients throughout their treatment journey - Role involves significant coordination with patients, providers, and support staff - Testing may be required depending on location (Tele/ECG and Medication Test for Milton and Plymouth campuses) - Clinic has a set, predictable schedule and does not require weekend or holiday coverage /n /n Requirements/n - Active MA RN license in hand required for consideration - Prior nurse navigator experience required - Ambulatory clinic experience required - ONS certification preferred but not required - Must have at least a 6-month break from any previous employment (permanent, contract, per diem) with Beth Israel Lahey Health - COVID-19 vaccine and booster, and flu vaccination required (medical exemptions permitted) - No local candidates allowed; must live more than 50 miles from facility /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-626682.
