Pay Information $2,473 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience required License: Current nursing license Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS Must-Have: - Epic EMR experience - Recent travel experience (at least 6 months) Description: Position involves providing direct nursing care to patients presenting with acute and emergent medical needs in the Emergency Department. Nurses will utilize the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs. Candidates must be able to recognize and establish priorities. The role requires setting objectives and goals for work assignments and patient care delivery. Maintaining competency in using medical equipment is essential. Compliance with hospital and nursing department policies and procedures is required. Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric. The RN to patient ratio is 1:3. Candidates must have their own transportation as public transport is not available in the area. Scheduled availability for every other weekend and holidays is required as needed.
