Any unacceptable with words that do not pertain to our organization or profession.Misc./Other Information: General CommentsI am currently experiencing a 60% vacancy rate on night shift, with an upcoming 3-month FMLA and a 1-year active-duty military deployment. This will almost cripple my night shift, affecting the flow of all ED patients and inpatients at the Bramhall campus. We currently have an internal productivity index of 1.27 and external benchmarking that is better than 50%. In order to meet the imaging needs of our patients and maintain Level I trauma certification and Comprehensive Stroke Certification, I need to be able to staff both ED scanners 24/7. Without filling this request, I need to either shut one scanner down after midnight, 7 days a week, or pull staff from the day shift and shut down outpatient access.
