Job Description:
Join our team as a Per Diem Pharmacist in Grandview, WA, working
part-time in a community-focused healthcare organization.
Provide patient care including drug utilization review, counseling,
medication management, and collaborative drug therapy
management.
Prescribe medications within legal scope, interpret labs, and
oversee pharmacy operations to ensure safety and compliance.
Require a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, current Oregon Pharmacist
License, with preferred Pharm D and bilingual skills
(English/Spanish).
Engage in ongoing education to maintain licensure and
pharmacological knowledge.
Compensation is $77.87/hour. No relocation offered. Ideal for
pharmacists passionate about serving underserved communities and
