Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved ones medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent.
