About the RoleMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, including evening and night shifts, with every other weekend rotation.Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Collaborate with doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity.
• Participate in shared governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
  • A minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
