• Date: 2023-03-14 An academic medical center in Massachusetts is searching for an experienced Revenue Cycle leader to join their team as the Hospital Pharmacy -Revenue Cycle Director. -This academic medical center houses over 500 beds and is partnered with a local university bringing the future generations of health care -right to their doors. This renowned hospital is ranked in the top of the country as a recipient -of funding -from the National Institutes -of Health for their cutting edge research. This hospital offers a wide range of services including pharmacy services, surgical services, critical care services, research, women's services, and much more. This hospital houses multiple pharmacies including a specialty pharmacy. -This position will be under the general direction of the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, and focus solely on the hospital's Pharmacies. The Director will be responsible for accurate charging and billing best practices, accounts receivable management, and ensure follow up on all outstanding claims. The Director will establish organization priorities and strategies to drive performance of the Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Program. The Director will work directly with with pharmacy leadership, finance leadership, and vending leadership. The Director will guide and provide operational direction for pharmacy -manager and billing analysts. The Pharmacy Director will have have familiarity with Epic pharmacy revenue cycle processes. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Experience
  • Bachelors' Degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience -in financial -operations -
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience -
  • Master's Degree preferred
