Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, kind assistant who would fit in
with our boutique practice. We offer high-quality care and do not
cut corners. Our benefits include: 401K, health insurance, paid

provide training in endodontics if necessary.
Our ideal candidate has 2 or more years of dental practicing
experience, a current CDA/ RDA license, and excellent customer
service, organization, and communication skills. If this sounds

Responsibilities:
Assure all dental office infection control policies and safety
regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment
and instruments after use
Prepare and lay out sterilized equipment, dental instruments,
anesthetics, dental supplies, and materials inside treatment rooms
for examinations and dental procedures
--- Assist chair-side with root canal procedures
--- Assist with consultations
--- Assist with taking CBCT scans (can train)
Qualifications:
Active BLS/CPR certification is required
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or RDA state license
by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
Proficiency with computers, and experience updating patient
histories, and with dental software is necessary
Strong interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and
excellent communication skills are essential
2 years of dental assisting experience as a registered dental
assistant or certified dental assistant
--- We are willing to train if you do not have any previous
knowledge of endodontics

We are a busy small practice with one main endodontist and an
associate. We have a very positive team environment. We are located
in a very busy area with parking if necessary but we are close to
both the Porter and Harvard Square T stations. Our patients range
from residents of the community to college students and
researchers. Because we are not corporate, we have flexibility. We
do not hold our employees to quotas and we do not cut corners. You
