Job Description:

A pharmaceutical company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new -Senior Professional Supply Planner for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the -Senior Professional Supply Planner will be responsible for managing -inventory, production scheduling, and short-term planning (0-3 month horizon) and assisting -Global Planning with mid to long term strategic planning as needed for the Oncology portfolio. -Responsibilities:The -Senior Professional Supply Planner will:

  • Manage -alignment between Global Planner(s) in day to day management of routine production planning for key Oncology finished product and product components, including inventory management with internal/external customers and CMOs
  • Develop and enhance local processes within SAP/APO, including but not limited to: batch creation, purchase order generation, bulk allocation and goods receipts as needed for Oncology products
  • Coordinate -movement of inventory between site locations for drug substance, drug product, and finished goods production
  • Plan -for and manages supply for early access/named patient programs and post launch clinical demand
  • Develop -job aides for critical Oncology procedures, aligning with key internal stakeholders, including Commercial Quality
  • Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial Pharmaceutical discipline
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, and/or a Life Science-related discipline
    • Good understanding of Drug Development and NDA process, production processes and technologies, cGMP regulations, and pharmaceutical outsourcing.
    • Good understanding of Regulatory requirements for most aspects of an NDA, sNDA, annual reports
    • Knowledge of the relevant cGMP guidance documents applicable to the function
    • Knowledge and experience with Contract Manufacturing Organizations
    • Moderate experience with MRP system planning with expertise in SAP
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
    • Solid problem solving and time management skills
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organizedDesired Skills:
      • APO experience
