Job Description:
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a well-respected, nationally

community excellence. We have an opportunity for a qualified full
time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Hematology/Oncology
service. Our system is comprised of three campuses and an
integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in
Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Metro North Region (Everett).
CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS)
and Tufts University School of Medicine. CHA provides
Hematology/Oncology services primarily to the general adult
population, with a mission driven focus to improve the health of
our communities. The PA will work independently in collaboration
with a talented team of physicians and nursing staff in an
ambulatory setting. This position is full time consisting of day
sessions, no call or weekend responsibilities. Excellent
opportunities exist to become involved in quality improvement
initiatives, tele-dermatology services, as well as other
projects.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of PA
experience, oncology experience or deep experience with chronic
disease management. Candidates must have excellent
clinical/communication/organizational skills, and possess a strong
commitment to serve our underserved, multicultural patient
population. Must also be able to collaborate and successfully work
in a multidisciplinary team based environment. At CHA we offer a
