Job Description:
The Global Market Research Associate Director, will be a member
of the Market Research team for Global oncology and will deliver
market and customer insights, based on primary & secondary market
research, as well as provide analytics expertise to contribute to
business decisions. The Global Market Research AD will be a key
partner to the brand team, will help drive decision making through
comprehensive market insights from pre-launch and throughout the
brand life cycle. This will be a great opportunity to grow and
contribute to an expanding Oncology franchise. Key contributions
include: Identify potential sources of growth through decision
making process, patient flow & journey analyses, and market
overview & performance. Develop HCP and patient segmentations and
personas to support customer prioritization and targeted messaging.
Generate & champion 360actionable insights to drive targeted
customer behavior changes for patients and HCPs, and as needed
potentially payers. Co-creation, pre-testing & testing, enhance
positioning statement, branded/unbranded communication materials or
services per targeted persona. Monitor brand performance and
customer experience & engagement. Coordinating and collaborating
with local affiliates on marketing research and insights to support
the global to local relationship.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage
Budget, channeling resources to the most impactful actions. Work
with country affiliates and global franchise to align on key
priorities for the market research effort, re-evaluating and
adjusting as needed. Master best in class methodologies and provide
methodological expertise, recommending the most appropriate
methodologies to address business needs. Efficiently manage the
end-to-end project execution and process in line with Sanofi.
compliance requirements (PV, procurement, Legal, Medical,
Transparency, etc.). Involve the appropriate internal and external
stakeholders. Synthesize multiple data sources to answer key
business strategic and tactical questions and identify insight
gaps. Propose effective solutions to address them. Ensure
generating actionable insights is the foundation of strategic and
tactical business decisions, tailoring the insights to the intended
audience. Support annual business planning with situation analysis
for market insights to drive brand strategy and tactics. Work
collaboratively with the cross functional market insights team
including data analytics, competitive intelligence, and
forecasting.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Life sciences,
Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant
pharmaceutical industry experience, including primary market
research. Experience in the field of Oncology, ideally with strong
knowledge of the Multiple Myeloma, Lung Cancer or Breast Cancer
landscape. Previous experience in marketing or in a transversal
role involving participation in strategic and operational brand
planning. Primary market research vendor management experience.
Market research experience on vendor side preferred but not
required, responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative
primary research. Self-starter, proactive in nature, actively
participates and self-motivated.As a healthcare company and a
