Description:Collect, disseminate, and/or track Patient Find leads - Work with teams to maintain accurate status of leads and pending actions for moving patients through the patient queue - Set-up and coordinate Clin Ops/Patient Find meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items - Assist with the development, IRB approval, distribution and versioning of patient find information and materials - Assist with filing appropriate documents in the Trial Master File - May be required to manage and track supplies/equipment, including purchase and shipping and management of equipment loan process - Perform general administrative tasks to support team members with patient recruitment and clinical trial execution, such as assist with the development and formatting of documents, review and reconciliation of study-specific information, prepare confidentiality agreements, tracking invoices and payments, etc. - Participate in special projects, as assignedSkills:microsoft office, clinical research, clinical trial, sop, irb, gcpAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor 's degree or equivalent curriculum (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred). A person without a formal degree who has comparable depth and breadth of training and experience and who meets job-specific criteria is eligible for consideration - Must be able to prioritize and manage a large volume of work and show attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the CTA interacts with many people of varying levels of responsibility for clinical trial programs - Must be able to write clearly and summarize information effectively - Must have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management and peers - Experience using computer applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Adobe, and other web-based systems - 1-2 years previous clinical trial coordination or site management experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in a healthy care, research or pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment are desired.
