Job Description:

RN Occupational Health Nurse - 6 months contract. Are you interested in working a scheduled opportunity with the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OHN - RN to work daytime hours, weekends off, 8 hour shifts. Don't hesitate, we are looking for a start date as soon as possible. Salary depends on experience The purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is to maintain the health, safety, and productivity of the organizations staff by providing and delivering safety programs and superior clinical services. The practice focuses on promotion of wellness, restoration of health, injury and illness prevention and protection of workers from work related hazards and exposures. The incumbent will possess an active Registered Nurse license and work in close collaboration with the Occupational Health (OH) team. Position requirements Active registered nurse state license 3-5 years of Occupational and Environmental Health experience required, outside of school COHN-S certification strongly preferred (Certified Occupational Health Nurse- (Specialist Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred Experience in ambulatory care or emergency nursing - preferred Audiometry and Spirometry Certification preferred CPR/BLS Certification - required COVID processes background required Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, work in teams Ability to organize and rapidly prioritize responsibilities in response to clinical need and staff population Knowledge of OH and safety principles to establishing and maintaining a safe work environment COVID 19 background required Daily Responsibilities: Perform COVID Case Management, regulatory reporting, contact tracing, vaccination verification and associated activities from case onset to return to work Perform RN level assessment and medical management of work-related injury/illness Coordinate, manage and facilitate return to work of work and non-work related injuries and illnesses, which may include aspects of workers? compensation, group health, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), workplace accommodation and short or long term disability benefit programs Perform medical surveillance exams Assess and provide referral for counseling and crisis intervention Support health promotion and risk reduction lifestyle changes to lower risks of disease and injury Assist with international travel health consultations Perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and TB screening tests Assist with OH supply management Respond to site medical emergencies and support disaster preparedness activities ALL's WELL is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
