Come join a team that is working towards our bold mission of developing innovative medicines at radically low prices to help people get the medicines they need. --- What You'll Do In this position you will be responsible for handling contract/budget data uploads in Veeva, enter finalized budget information data into Veeva, and ensure all proper approvals are received to make site payments. Ensure budget data submissions are sent to Medidata. Maintain, and provide information on any turnaround times (TATs) to clinical/finance teams. Review invoices w/clinical team for accuracy, work with finance/clinical to ensure payments are processed properly and timely. Handle and review payment amendments, reconciliations, and study closeout procedures. Perform any other functions that may be necessary or as assigned. Participate in any necessary special projects. You will work closely across clinical operations, legal, and finance teams. Develop and enhance relationships with internal clients, internal stakeholders, CROs, and sites. The Impact You Will Have This is not your standard Clinical Contract and Budget Associate position. This position is highly visible and of significant impact to the company. We will rely on your support to assist the clinical budget and contract team with the overall management of clinical trials, from initiation to closeout processes. Your Superpowers

• BA or BS in business or life sciences (or equivalent experience) experience
• 8+ years' experience (clinical trial management in pharma, biotech, or CRO setting)
• Knowledge of Medidata Grants Manager and Veeva.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to handle ambiguity, and good business judgment.
• Able to improvise, work efficiently, and respond quickly to changes.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and in-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulation, and methodology.
• Participate and work effectively on multiple cross-functional teams.
• You understand relationships are key and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You can thrive in a smaller company environment and love the pace of a true startup.
