Radars, and Materials (ASM) leads in the mechanical hardware
design, development, and production of weapons systems. ASM uses
state-of-the-art tools, processes, and technology, with
capabilities encompassing a broad range of technical disciplines,
including product engineering, manufacturing, technical services,
materials engineering, analysis and test, rapid hardware
development/builds and configuration and data management
documentation.ASM is comprised of individuals with technical
expertise in hardware design, integration, and production support.
The ASM directorate -uses state-of-the-art tools, processes,
technology, and Raytheon Core principles.The Configuration and Data
Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our
products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The
CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support
engineering, our program offices and our customers.The Sensor
Configuration Management (SCM) Department is looking for a Senior
Configuration Analyst, located in Marlborough, MA (On-site)What You
Will Do
- CM tools for configuration identification, configuration
control, and product release and delivery
- Establish and maintain program CM systems.
- Release and manage configuration baselines.
- Execute and continuously improve all process steps required to
maintain product baselines.
- Interface with cross functional business teams to provide
solutions to a variety of technical challenges.
- Coordinate and lead Configuration/Change Control Boards
(CCBs)
- Support bids and proposal activities as required.
- Support EACs as requiredQualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior
relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant
experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant
experience is required.
- 5 years of experience in data management and/or configuration
management
- Experience with Windchill PDM or related toolsQualifications We
Prefer
- Experience working in an Engineering team environment,
interfacing with Hardware, Systems or Test Engineers
- Understands principles, standards, and processes, such as
described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard
- Experience with military and industry guidance documents
(examples include AS9100, EIA-649-2, MIL-HNBK-61B, SSP 41170, SSP
50123, ASME, etc.)
- Experience with CM and ERP tools utilized for version control
systems and change management (examples include: Windchill PDM
Link, SAP, Enovia Product Data Management, and Atlassian
Application Lifecycle Management tool suite)
- Advanced knowledge of CM fundamentals such as configuration
records, status accounting, as-built records, and change

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products.The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
