General categories include Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Modules, PCB, Services, and Non-Product-Related.Our US facility is a small but growing team, offering many opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization. You will work closely with the local supply chain team as well as the global sourcing team (USA/Netherlands/China). • Determining and executing the strategy for your category;
• Managing your own set of suppliers and manufacturers;
• Sourcing highly complex and innovative technologies;
• Selecting new (inter)national suppliers;
• Negotiating long-term, strategic agreements to maximize supplier/manufacturer value for Prodrive Technologies;
• Maintaining relationships with your suppliers and regularly evaluating their performance;
• Executing strong contract management to ensure suppliers fulfill their commitments;
• Expanding global collaborations with suppliers by translating local agreements to global ones;
• Participating in improvement projects, such as integrating mutual supply chain processes.
