real-time, AI-powered insights.As a Partnerships Manager at Protex
AI, you will take an entrepreneurial approach to building and
scaling the partnerships function from the ground up. You will be
responsible for developing a structured, tiered partnership
program, managing key relationships, and driving strategic
collaborations that align with the company's broader
objectives.This role offers the opportunity to shape and define how
partnerships contribute to Protex AI's growth and market
presence.What You'll Do
- Take ownership of building and scaling the Partnerships
function, developing innovative strategies, and having an
entrepreneurial approach to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain Strategic Partnerships by establishing,
nurturing, and expanding relationships with key partners including
complementary tech partners that maximise long-term value.
- Develop a Tiered Partnership Program by designing and
implementing a scalable framework to support and engage different
partner levels.
- Manage Partnership agreements and negotiations by leading
discussions, structuring agreements, and overseeing partner
commitments to ensure mutual success.
- Take ownership of the enablement of valued partners by
identifying and leading targeted enablement efforts to drive
partner success and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging
opportunities and optimise partnership strategies by analysing
market trends
- Work closely and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product
teams to align partnership efforts with business objectives.
- Develop relationships with insurance brokers to position Protex
AI as a tool for risk mitigation, helping clients reduce
premiums.
- Represent Protex AI at key industry conferences, networking
events, and partner summits to strengthen relationships and unlock
new opportunities.What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in Partnership Management
- Previous demonstrated experience in an Enterprise Account
Executive and/or Enterprise Account Management role
- Demonstrated experience leading API integrations
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships with insurance
providers/brokers is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in scaling products or services in a
high-growth, Series B or later-stage start up environment,
demonstrating the ability to drive strategic outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to assess market trends and competitive landscapes to identify and
leverage partnership opportunities
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution, balancing
long-term vision with short-term goals to deliver measurable
business impact
- Experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements to
drive mutually beneficial outcomes, while ensuring alignment with
business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across internal
