Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Agile practices within Retail Banking & Transformation.
  
• Develop and evolve the Agile operating model and create strategic roadmaps.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to drive Agile transformation and improve organizational performance.
  
• Monitor performance metrics and foster continuous improvement.
  
• Lead cultural and organizational change to embed agility and customer-first mindset.
  
  Qualifications:
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  
• Scrum or SAFe certification preferred.
  
• 10+ years in Product Management, consulting, or Agile transformation.
  
• 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
  
  Skills & Abilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Strong understanding of Product Management and Agile frameworks.
    
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills.
    
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    
  • Experience in driving organizational change and Agile adoption.
    
    Additional Information:
    Salary range: $131,250 - $225,000 USD annually.
